🎼 Vince Blakk is an Italo-Mexican music producer, DJ and sound engineer, currently based between Italy and Costa Rica.

A lifelong lover of electronic music, Vince grew up in the 1980s as part of the first generation exposed to computers like the Commodore 64, which sparked his fascination with sound design and musical technology. Inspired by genre-defying artists like Mike Oldfield, Kraftwerk, and The Rockets, he picked up the guitar at age 12, played in several rock bands, and eventually graduated as a sound engineer with a focus on electric guitar.

After gaining experience in Italy, England, Germany, and the Netherlands, Vince found his calling as a club DJ in 2006, drawing influence from icons such as Markus Schulz, Paul van Dyk, and Mauro Picotto. In 2012, he relocated to Costa Rica, where he began performing over 200 shows per year, appearing in top venues like Vertigo, 8ctavo Rooftop, Hoxton, Morazán, Stereo Luv, and Mango Sunset.

Since 2014, Vince has been a full-time DJ and music producer, exploring a wide spectrum of electronic styles including trance, progressive house, and melodic house & techno. His signature sound blends emotional synths with tight, powerful mixes. He is also known under the alias Angel II DemoN for darker, melodic techno and tech-trance productions.

In 2016, he launched the monthly radio show Explorer Club (#eClub), which ran successfully until it was paused with the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic. From that moment on, Vince shifted his focus away from live performances and DJing to concentrate fully on music production and the growth of his independent label.

In 2017, he officially debuted as a producer with Proxima Centauri on Rice Bowl Recordings, the label he founded that same year. Tracks like Antares (from the EP Spaceship One) and Gazing Into The Inner Mirror (2023) solidified his sound and expanded his reach globally.

To date, Vince has released over 100 original tracks and remixes, both under his own name and as a ghost producer. His work is distributed via Proton and monetized through ASCAP, Songtrust, and SoundExchange. His music regularly appears on Spotify, Apple Music, and Pandora, where he has surpassed 3,500 monthly listeners. He has also released music on respected imprints like Trancemind, Progressive Vibes, and In Sessions / Infrasonic.

As of 2025, Vince continues to manage his label and produce new music spanning trance and melodic electronic genres — driven by emotional storytelling, precise engineering, and a passion for innovation.

In addition to his work as an artist and label owner, Vince now offers his expertise to aspiring producers through private mentoring sessions and via Fiverr, where he provides mixing, mastering, track feedback, and ghost production services tailored to the needs of the next generation of electronic music creators.
